Effective date: August 28, 2026

InnerCleanse Wellness Center LLC (“InnerCleanse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website innercleansewellness.com, related booking pages, and advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This page is a website and marketing privacy notice. It is not legal advice. If you receive clinical services from us, additional notices may apply to information kept as part of your care.

1. Who we are

InnerCleanse Wellness Center LLC
65529 State Road 15, Suite B
Goshen, IN 46526
Phone: (574) 971-8206
Email: innercleansewellnesscenter@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information from service providers that help us run the website, booking, and ads.

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Appointment requests and booking details through our online scheduler (currently Jane App)
  • Information submitted through website contact forms
  • Information submitted through Meta Instant Forms (Facebook and Instagram lead ads), including name, contact details, service interest, preferred contact time, and any notes you choose to write
  • Messages you send by email, phone, text, or social media
  • Payment information when you purchase services or products (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on this website)

Information collected automatically

  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • IP address and general location derived from it
  • Pages visited, links clicked, referring URL, and approximate time on site
  • Cookie, pixel, and similar technology identifiers

Wellness-related details you choose to share

If you describe a concern, goal, or service interest (for example Quantum Nutrition Testing or Electro-Lymphatic Therapy) so we can schedule a consultation, we use that information only to respond, book, and prepare for your visit. We do not use Instant Forms to collect government IDs, insurance numbers, diagnoses, or other prohibited health data. Please do not include detailed medical history on an ad form. Save that conversation for your consultation.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations and appointments
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services
  • Send appointment reminders and service-related messages
  • Process payments and keep business records
  • Operate and secure our website
  • Measure advertising performance and understand which ads and pages are useful
  • Show relevant ads about InnerCleanse on Meta platforms and similar networks (see Cookies and advertising below)
  • Comply with law, protect our rights, and prevent fraud or misuse

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Meta Instant Forms and advertising

When you submit a Meta Instant Form, Meta collects the answers you provide and delivers them to us so we can contact you about a consultation or the service you selected. By submitting the form, you agree that InnerCleanse may use your information to call, text, or email you about scheduling and related wellness services.

We may also use the Meta Pixel and related tools (including the Conversions API, if enabled) on our website. These tools help us:

  • Know if someone who saw or clicked an ad later visited our site or requested a consult
  • Measure campaign results
  • Limit how often you see our ads
  • Show ads to people who have visited our site or engaged with our content

Meta may combine information from our Pixel or forms with information it already has about you, according to Meta’s own policies. Review Meta’s data policy on Facebook or Instagram for how Meta uses data.

You can control interest-based ads through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and support advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work as well if cookies are disabled.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as needed to run the practice and our marketing:

  • Staff and contractors who need it to schedule, provide care, or follow up on leads
  • Booking and practice software (including Jane App) to schedule and manage appointments
  • Advertising and analytics providers such as Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram ads, Instant Forms, and Pixel)
  • Website hosting, email, phone, and payment processors that support the site and transactions
  • Professional advisors (for example accounting or legal) when reasonably necessary
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property

We do not share Instant Form leads with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

7. Text messages and email

If you give us a phone number or email on a form or when booking, we may use it to confirm your request, schedule your consultation, and send appointment-related messages. Marketing texts or emails, if we send them, will include a way to opt out. You can also email us at innercleansewellnesscenter@gmail.com and ask to be removed from marketing lists. Transactional messages about an appointment you requested may still be sent.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including scheduling, client relationship records, legal and tax requirements, and resolving disputes. Lead form submissions that do not become clients are generally kept only as long as needed to follow up and measure advertising, then deleted or archived according to our records practices.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small wellness practice. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use care when sending sensitive details by email or through an ad form.

10. Your choices and requests

You may request to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information we hold, subject to records we must keep for legal, appointment, or accounting reasons
  • Opt out of marketing emails or texts
  • Opt out of targeted advertising where a tool or setting allows it

To make a request, email innercleansewellnesscenter@gmail.com or call (574) 971-8206. We may need to verify that the request is from you. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a state privacy law applies to us, within the time that law requires (often 45 days).

If we deny a request, you may email us to appeal. Include “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

The Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act applies to businesses over certain data-volume thresholds. Even if those thresholds do not apply to us, we honor reasonable access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests from people who contact us.

11. Children

Our website and ads are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party sites and tools

Our site may link to Jane App, social media pages, or other websites. Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be posted on this page.
